- practical experience as a Product Manager and/or Scrum Master related to software development,
- functional knowledge of the accounting processes.
- experience in coordinating and conducting IT projects,
- knowledge of agile software development processes (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe),
- highly developed communication and facilitation skills,
- knowledge and proficient use of tools supporting the transparency of openness and the ability to provide feedback,
- independence and good work organisation,
- it is welcome to have certificates confirming competencies in the field of project management (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL, PSM1, PSM2).
Resposibilities:
- coordinating critical parameters within the implemented project: schedule, budget, and scope,
- fast delivery of customer needs by specified criteria and of the highest quality,
- identifying customer and project needs, monitoring and analysing risks in ongoing projects,
- monitoring and reporting the progress of works in the project,
- ensuring understanding and practising an agile approach to software development by both the team, customers, and the entire organisation,
- ongoing cooperation with the customer,
- detecting and removing obstacles to the effective delivery of the product to customers,
- ensuring transparency of processes and providing appropriate tools for this purpose,
- coordinating works that are designed to deliver increment effectively.

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
