- Has at least 3 years of experience in designing user interfaces and design systems for platforms and applications in various industries, including B2B and B2C markets, responsive web design (RWD), and mobile applications.some text
- Skilled in creating and refining information architecture sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Knowledgeable about iOS and Android design systems for application development.
- Experienced in visual composition, hierarchy, typography, and color selection.
- Excels in business collaboration, offering a strategic perspective on projects, transforming business processes and requirements into user-friendly products, and understanding the nuances of different client types (start-ups vs. enterprises) and products (B2B vs. B2C).
- Is proficient in English, both spoken and written (minimum level B2/C1).
- Possesses strong soft skills, including effective communication, openness to giving and receiving feedback, teamwork across diverse teams (both development and client-side), flexibility in adapting quality to time constraints, and the ability to justify design decisions.
- Brings positive energy and a proactive attitude.
- Has experience facilitating workshops with clients or users and is familiar with tools like User Story Mapping and Value Proposition Canvas, translating requirements into actionable user stories.
- Incorporates advanced UX/UI knowledge into projects, leveraging the latest research, best practices, and trends, along with insights from other projects, societal trends, and technological advancements.
- Is skilled in conducting user interviews and tests, preparing actionable recommendations, implementing changes, and proposing product development strategies based on gathered data.
- Is proficient in Figma (with occasional use of Axure RP).
Nice to have:
- Ability to define UX and product metrics, as well as analyze quantitative and qualitative data using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, surveys, and similar platforms.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Skills in motion design.
Resposibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the Discovery phase of projects by gathering business requirements through participation in meetings and workshops, and gaining insights into user needs.
- Contributing to the creation of product/service strategies in collaboration with the Scrum team and client teams.
- Participating in user research and deriving actionable insights for your designs.
- Designing user interfaces, from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, and utilizing design systems for B2B and B2C products, mobile and web applications, as well as enterprise-class systems.
- Collaborating directly with clients and their teams, as an integral part of the delivery team.
