Joanna Snopek

An enthusiast of working with, and among, people. HR by vocation and education, supporting employee development for more than a dozen years, for 8 years in the IT industry. She perfectly balances the goals of the organization with the needs of colleagues. She recruited welders, hired dozens of people per month for one of the largest call centres in Wroclaw, managed an HR team, shared her knowledge at conferences and industry events. Perpetually hungry for knowledge, she learns primarily through experience. Master of deadlines, asaps, less often fuckups, intolerant of boredom and stagnation. Outside of work, a lover of mountains (KGP in progress), cinema (definitely more than home screenings), books, cooking, eating, and travelling.
