Modernization of financial services offering
Transcash, an autonomous subsidiary of the Trans.eu Group – Europe’s 2nd largest logistics platform – sought to revamp its debt collection operations. The initiative also aimed to roll out factoring services for its clientele. To achieve this, the company undertook a comprehensive overhaul, which included the development of a new web application and a redesign of their existing admin system, so that the new services could have been provisioned.

Challenge
A debt collection solution already existed in Trans.eu, but it was operated manually, using paper contracts.
The technical challenge was to develop a brand-new, standalone web application designed for digital contract processing. The complexity lay in integrating this new application with the existing system, while ensuring it remained a self-reliant, separate entity.
The additional challenge was to design a tool that guarantees maximum transparency for each party involved in the process.
