- Experience as a business analyst and experience as a Product Owner.
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and hands-on experience working with the Camunda platform.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand and map business processes.
- Communication skills, ability to work effectively with users and project teams.
- Project management experience and ability to work in agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
Nice to have: Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau and basic knowledge of Snowflake.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out business process analysis to identify areas requiring optimization and automation.
- Create and optimise business process models using BPMN 2.0 and tools offered by the Camunda platform.
- Coordinating implementations and monitoring post-implementation processes to ensure they are effective and in line with business requirements.
- Acting as Product Owner on project teams, including managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that development is in line with the product vision.
- Preparing project documentation, analytical reports and presenting analysis results and recommendations.
- Providing training and support to end users and team members in the use of new processes and tools.
