Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, with a strong focus on backend development.
- Expertise in Next.js, particularly backend features like API routes and Server Actions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database integration (e.g., MS SQL Server).
- Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) in Next.js.
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (e.g., sessions, cookies, tokens).
- Experience with caching strategies (e.g., Redis, CDN integration) to optimize server performance.
- Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices and deploying Next.js applications.

Project description:
Join a newly formed team that will focus on modernizing and rewriting an existing application to a more advanced technological version. The project is dedicated to the early childhood education management sector and aims to create a modern, efficient, and scalable solution. We are looking for individuals with Regular or Senior level seniority.
We work using Scrum, which means close collaboration, regular meetings, and an iterative approach to achieving goals. We value direct cooperation among team members, which is why we require attendance at our Wrocław office at least once a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable web applications using Next.js, focusing on both frontend and backend capabilities.
- Design and implement backend solutions utilizing Next.js API routes for server-side logic.
- Leverage Next.js Server Actions to streamline data handling and enhance app performance.
- Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Work with authentication and authorization systems (e.g., OAuth, JWT) to secure APIs.
- Integrate with databases using server-side rendering (SSR) and dynamic routing.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create user-focused solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, ensuring robust error handling.
