  • Java (8 or higher): Proficient in Java development.
  • Design Patterns: Good understanding of the practical usage of the software design patterns.
  • Spring Framework and Spring Security: Experienced with dependency injection, security, and web services.
  • RESTful API Development: Skilled in designing and implementing REST APIs.
  • Hibernate ORM: Familiar with ORM concepts and Hibernate, experience with performance optimisation.
  • Logging and Monitoring: Familiar with SLF4J, Log4J, and application monitoring practices.
  • PostgreSQL or Similar Relational Databases: Proficient in SQL and database management, experience in database optimisations (indexing, performance insights, normalization/denormalization).
  • Unit Testing: Proficient in unit testing with JUnit and Mockito, familiarity with PowerMock.
  • Build Tools: Proficient with Maven.
  • Cloud: Commercial experience with the AWS Services. We expect candidate to have more advanced experience with AWS rather than just EC2, S3 storage.
  • Microservices and Serverless Architectures: Experience with EventBus, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture or at least with combination monolith + surrounding services responsible for particular functionality).
  • Containerization And Orchestration: Experience with Docker.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills in English, team collaboration abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Containerization And Orchestration: Proficient in Docker and good understanding of ECS, EKS.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Good understanding of Cloudformation/Terraform.
  • Frontend: AngularJS / Angular / React (Typescript/javascript).
  • CI/CD for Cloud Environments: Skilled in Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild.

Is it possible to change specialization?

In our company, it is possible to change the specialization. If you intend to change your career path, your HR Guide will support and help you in achieving your development goal.

How long does the recruitment process take?

We approach each recruitment process individually. After receiving your resume, we try to contact you as soon as possible. The dates of recruitment meetings are set jointly during the telephone conversation. After the meeting, we return to you with feedback in up to 5 business days. We want a smooth and clear process. We know that no one likes to wait long! :)

Is it possible to work remotely?

Each employee has the option of choosing the working mode. We are open to remote, hybrid, and stationary work, we provide each of our employees with equipment for work. You decide how you want to work.

What happens when the project ends?

Each team is assigned an HR Guide, who is the team's manager in the development and administrative matters. He makes sure that we develop and feel good in the assigned project. When the project ends and we have such an opportunity, we offer you a transition to another team.
