Required Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in project management or a similar role, including leadership positions, preferably with a technical background.
- Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the ability to flexibly adapt practices to specific needs.
- Ability to conduct both technical and business discussions with clients, ensuring alignment between their business objectives and proposed technology solutions.
- Excellent planning and time management skills, enabling effective execution of both team and individual tasks.
- Fluency in both English and Polish, both spoken and written.
- Proactive mindset, problem-solving attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for better understanding by both the team and clients.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and their impact on the success of the final product is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including conducting client interviews, defining statements of work, and creating project estimates.
- Background in software development.
- Proficiency with tools for tracking project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting milestones, results, and team velocity.
- Experience in product development, particularly in startup environments.
- Ability to work with startup clients and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
