Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in Project Management or a related role with leadership or supervisory responsibilities, ideally with a technical background.
- Knowledge of agile (Scrum/Kanban) project management methodology, with an understanding of when and how to blend practices for best results.
- Skilled at facilitating technical and business conversations with clients, ensuring alignment between their business goals and our technical solutions.
- Excellent planning and time management skills to handle both team tasks and personal workload efficiently.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Polish.
- Self-motivated and ready to tackle new challenges, with a problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for team and client understanding.
- Nice to have: understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on a successful final product.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in presales activities, such as conducting client interviews, crafting statements of work, and creating project estimates.
- Experience in the software development field.
- Understanding of user interface design and prototyping and how they contribute to a successful product development process
- Experience in product development, especially within a startup setting, is an asset.
- Comfortable working with startup clients and ready to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
