Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Polish (B2+) to communicate easily with clients
- At least 4 years of experience in business and system analysis.
- Analyse business needs and technical requirements, and prepare detailed project documentation.
- Diving into the technical aspects of projects, including analysing system architecture, API integrations, databases and other technological components.
- Familiar with tools to bring consistency to describe diagram software architecture
- Technical Understanding: DDD, basic programming skills (JavaScript/Java/Python), SQL, HTML.
- Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- Business acumen and ability to navigate complex client needs.
- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner is welcome.
- Familiarity with requirement description methods like user stories and use cases.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with complex enterprise applications is highly valued.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and its application in business solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with startup clients and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. - Gathering, defining, and documenting requirements for IT systems.
- Translating client needs into clear solutions and deliverables.
- Visualising system dependencies and connections to ensure robust architecture.
- Working closely with the project team, ensuring smooth communication and teamwork.
- Supporting projects implemented using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
